Chicken Stir Fry With Soy Sauce Recipe
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 whole boneless skinless breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut into bite size pcs
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, pared and thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. water
- Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, garlic and 1/4 c. water; set aside.
- In wok or possibly large skillet, stir fry chicken in warm oil 2 min.
- Add in vegetables; stir fry 4 min.
- Add in soy sauce mix; cook and stir till slightly thickened.
- Chill leftovers.
