Vegetable And Rice Recipe

  1. Stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots in non-stick frying pan for 1 minute with 1 Tbsp.
  2. of stock.
  3. Add in green pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts to frying pan and stir fry for 3 min with 2 Tbsp.
  4. of stock.
  5. Add in rice to pan and stir fry over medium heat till heated through.
  6. Season with pepper and serve warm.
  7. If desired spicy fried rice, add in a diced red or possibly green chili.
