Vegetable And Rice Recipe
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger, finely minced
- 3 shallots, minced
- 3 tbsp. basic Chinese vegetable stock
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 2 c. broccoli, minced
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- Freshly grnd pepper
- Stir fry garlic, ginger, and shallots in non-stick frying pan for 1 minute with 1 Tbsp.
- of stock.
- Add in green pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts to frying pan and stir fry for 3 min with 2 Tbsp.
- of stock.
- Add in rice to pan and stir fry over medium heat till heated through.
- Season with pepper and serve warm.
- If desired spicy fried rice, add in a diced red or possibly green chili.
