Hot Crab Hors D'oeuvres Recipe
- 12 ounce. imitation crab meat
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4. heavy cream
- 4 scallops, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 drops Tabasco
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and butter.
- Place in greased 1 qt casserole.
- Top with cheese and butter.
- Bake for 30 min.
- Cold 10 min.
- Serve on crackers.
