Corn Souffle
- 2 Eggs
- 2 can of Creamed Corn
- 2 can of Whole Kernel Sweet corn
- 16 oz Cheddar cheese
- 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 stick Butter (melted)
- Mix the eggs, melted butter, Creamed Corn, whole corn together, then add The Muffin Mix and mix it good.
- Last stir in the Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about an hour.
- The top will become golden brown.
