Applesauce Breakfast Cake
- 1 cup applesauce unsweetened, or crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- Mix liquids thoroughly.
- Add the dry mix.
- Stir gently.
- Pour into a well-oiled square cake pan or a 8-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 350F (180C).
- for 20 minutes or until done.
- Serve warm with butter and syrup or with a dollop of flavored yogurt.
