Baked Brie With Figs And Herbs Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
  3. With serrated knife cut Brie in half horizontally; place bottom half on large sheet of foil.
  4. Press half of fig mix onto bottom half of cheese; cover with top half of cheese.
  5. Press remaining fig mix onto top of cheese.
  6. Bring edges of foil up around cheese; wrap.
  7. Bake on oven rack till hot, 5-10 min.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Unwrap; transfer to serving platter.
  10. Serve with crackers.
  11. 8 servings
