Fluffy Yatsuhashi-Style Milk Mochi
- 40 grams Katakuriko
- 200 ml Milk
- 25 grams or more Sugar
- 1 Kinako
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- Put fhe ingredients into a pot and turn the heat on to mix.
- When it starts to thicken, take it off the heat and stir the mixture.
- Scoop it up with a spoon and cover in a plate spread with kinako.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and it's done.
- They won't harden in the fridge.
- Yummy with kuromitsu black sugar syrup.
