Fluffy Yatsuhashi-Style Milk Mochi

  1. Put fhe ingredients into a pot and turn the heat on to mix.
  2. When it starts to thicken, take it off the heat and stir the mixture.
  3. Scoop it up with a spoon and cover in a plate spread with kinako.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and it's done.
  5. They won't harden in the fridge.
  6. Yummy with kuromitsu black sugar syrup.
