Brie & Raspberry En Croute
- 1 whole Sheet Puff Pastry, Thawed
- 8 ounces, weight Wheel Brie Cheese
- 1/2 cups Raspberry Preserves (or Blueberry)
- Crackers And Bread, For Serving
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lay the puff pastry out flat (unfolded) on a baking sheet.
- Place the wheel of brie in the middle.
- Top with raspberry preserves.
- Fold all the edges of the puff pastry over so the brie is completely covered.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve with crackers.
- Enjoy!
