Aunt Tulas Shrimp Macaroni Salad
- 1 lb small macaroni noodles
- shrimp, drained
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
- 34-1 cup Miracle Whip
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- Cook macaroni al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Mix radishes, celery and peas with Miracle Whip in a large bowl.
- You can also use regular mayonaise and add sugar or sweetener to taste instead.
- Add macaroni to the mixture.
- Adjust salad dressing to taste.
- Fold in shrimp.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over a bed of lettuce with bread.
