Chive and Onion Mashed Carrots

  1. Bring carrots and broth to boil in saucepan; cover.
  2. Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min.
  3. or until carrots are very tender and most the broth is cooked off, uncovering for the last 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat; mash until smooth.
  5. Add cream cheese product; mix well.
