Major's potato casserole (crockpot)

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 carrot
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 4 large potatoes
• 2 cup milk
• 1 dash salt and pepper to taste

1. brown hamburger, drain grease
2. peel and thinly slice potatoes and carrot
3. add all ingredients to crockpot
4. stir well
5. cook on high 4 hrs or low for 6hrs

hamburger, carrot, onion, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, potatoes, milk, salt
