Chocolate & Coffee Pudding S'mores

  1. Mix pudding and coffee grounds.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. For each serving: Spoon 1/2 cup pudding mixture into an oven-proof serving dish.
  4. Top with 2 Tbsp.
  5. graham crackers, 1 Tbsp.
  6. chocolate sauce and 1 Tbsp.
  7. marshmallows.
  8. Place under broiler or use kitchen torch to toast marshmallows.
