Prawn San Choy Bao

  1. Heat oil in wok and add chili, onions, garlic and prawns, cook until prawns just change colour.
  2. Add sesame oil, water chestnuts, sauces and heat through.
  3. Remove from heat and stir through lime juice, bean shoots and coriander.
  4. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Eat!
