Gluten Free Almond and Choc Chip Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond meal
- 12 cup rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 34 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 cup canola oil
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, salt,.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix liquid and dry ingredients.
- bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 celcius.
