Tandoori Chicken Burgers With Minty Cucumbers

  1. In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, curry powder, salt and cayenne.
  2. Add ground chicken and yogurt; mix well.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Grill for 14-18 minutes or until patties are no longer pink.
  5. Serve on toasted buns with minty cucumbers.
  6. Minty cucumbers: In a medium bowl combine all of the salad ingredients.
  7. Toss well.
