Asian Pasta Salad with Lime
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked, cooled
- 1 cup snow peas, cut in half
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
- Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Top with nuts just before serving.
