Two Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. In large bowl combine all cake ingredients at low speed and beat at high speed for 2 min.
  4. Pour batter into pan.
  5. In small bowl, beat first 4 ingredients of filling till fluffy.
  6. Stir in chips and nuts and spoon tablespoonfuls of filling over cake batter.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 45-55 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cold completely.
  9. If using ready to spread frosting, heat over low heat to drizzle over baked cake.
  10. If using own recipe, have mix to a drizzle consistency.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
