Meatballs for Hot Pots
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 Scallions
- 1 one teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Finely chop the scallions.
- In a bowl, knead the ingredients together until it sticks together.
- Use a spoon to roll them into a ball, drop them into your favorite hot pot broth, and it's done once they cook through!
- This time, I added them to a miso hot pot with chicken breast, Chinese cabbage, carrots, and onions.
- I made these with ground breast and thigh meat at a 1:1 ratio.
- This had a completely different texture and also tasted great.
