Meatballs for Hot Pots

  1. Finely chop the scallions.
  2. In a bowl, knead the ingredients together until it sticks together.
  3. Use a spoon to roll them into a ball, drop them into your favorite hot pot broth, and it's done once they cook through!
  4. This time, I added them to a miso hot pot with chicken breast, Chinese cabbage, carrots, and onions.
  5. I made these with ground breast and thigh meat at a 1:1 ratio.
  6. This had a completely different texture and also tasted great.
