Dijon Chicken With Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare tin foil packets.
  2. Place 1 thigh on tin foil, spread with mustard and sprinkle on thyme.
  3. Layer veggies on top and top with melted butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Seal tightly.
  6. Make 4 packets.
  7. Bake 20 minutes.
