Cider Beef Stew For Two

  1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add beef and toss to coat.
  3. In a large saucepan or dutch oven, brown beef in oil.
  4. Add cider, water, vinegar, and thyme.
  5. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  6. Add carrots, potato, and onion.
  7. Return to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
