Pie Crust Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. grnd oatmeal
• 3 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. butter
• Salt
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon soda

1. Mix like a pie crust.
2. Add in lowfat sour cream and soda last.
3. Roll and cut.
