Grilled Steak Salad
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (12 oz.), 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 10 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Thousand Island Dressing
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle steak with pepper.
- Grill steak 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Toss steak slices with all remaining ingredients except dressing in large salad bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
