Buffalo Chik Wrap
- 1 whole MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik Patties (veggie Buffalo Chicken)
- 1/4 cups Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix (I Used Spicy Ranch)
- 1 whole 8" Flour Tortilla
- 1 whole Romaine Lettuce Leaf, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Sliced Or Diced
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add chicken patty to baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes then flip and bake for 8 minutes more.
- Meanwhile to make the dressing; in a bowl, add Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Taste to see if it is the desired flavor you like and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Once patty is done, remove it from the oven and cut it in half.
- Place the chicken patty halves on a flour tortilla, top with dressing, lettuce and tomatoes.
- Roll up the tortilla and serve.
