Stuffed Red Peppers Recipe
- red bell peppers (1 or possibly 2 per person)
- grnd beef, 1 1/2 pounds for 4 peppers
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic or possibly 1/3 tsp. garlic pwdr
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- a nice sharp cheese
- Hollow out peppers, cut off tops for stuffing.
- Saute/fry onions and garlic.
- Add in grnd beef; cook and drain, do not lose the onions and garlic.
- Add in cream cheese to skillet and stir.
- When all is combined, stuff into peppers.
- Sprinkle sharp cheese on top.
- Place in a preheated 350
