Locomoco
- 1 bowlful per serving Plain cooked rice
- 2 small Onions
- 500 grams Combined ground beef and pork
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 50 ml Panko
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Sake
- 50 ml Ketchup
- 50 ml Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese mustard
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 for garnish Broccoli
- 1 for garnish Lettuce
- 1 for garnish Cherry tomatoes
- 1 for garnish Cucumber
- 1 per serving Eggs
- Chop the onion finely, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until caramelized.
- Cut the vegetables up into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the cooked onion and the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
- Form into patties and pan fry.
- When both sides are browned, put a lid on and steam-fry over low heat.
- Put the sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire-style sauce, mustard, sugar) in a pan and simmer over medium heat until it has thickened slightly.
- In the meantime, cook the fried eggs to top the dishes.
- Arrange on a place and you're done.
