Locomoco

  1. Chop the onion finely, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until caramelized.
  2. Cut the vegetables up into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the cooked onion and the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
  4. Form into patties and pan fry.
  5. When both sides are browned, put a lid on and steam-fry over low heat.
  6. Put the sauce ingredients (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire-style sauce, mustard, sugar) in a pan and simmer over medium heat until it has thickened slightly.
  7. In the meantime, cook the fried eggs to top the dishes.
  8. Arrange on a place and you're done.
  9. Bon appetit!
