Garbanzo Bean Dip

  1. Drain beans, reserving 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the liquid.
  3. Place beans and reserved liquid in blender; blend until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; blend well.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl; cover.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
