Vickys Very Easy Taco Bowls!
- 1 corn tortilla per person or flour tortilla,
- 6 inches diameter

- Preheat the oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375F and lightly spray oil onto an upsides down muffin tray
- Rub 3 tortillas with a little water and put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- This will soften them up and make them more pliable so they won't break
- Place the tortillas in the gaps between the cups.
- You can make 3 per average 12-hole muffin tin
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are starting to brown and are holding their shape.
- Repeat until you have enough taco bowls for everyone
- Fill with whatever you like!
- For dessert, sprinkle the tortillas with water and cinnamon sugar and serve ice cream and fruit inside
