Vickys Very Easy Taco Bowls!

  1. See my profile for a gluten-free tortilla recipe
  2. Preheat the oven to gas 5 / 190C / 375F and lightly spray oil onto an upsides down muffin tray
  3. Rub 3 tortillas with a little water and put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  4. This will soften them up and make them more pliable so they won't break
  5. Place the tortillas in the gaps between the cups.
  6. You can make 3 per average 12-hole muffin tin
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are starting to brown and are holding their shape.
  8. Repeat until you have enough taco bowls for everyone
  9. Fill with whatever you like!
  10. For dessert, sprinkle the tortillas with water and cinnamon sugar and serve ice cream and fruit inside
