Grilled Beef And Artichoke Salad

  1. Marinate beef in first amount of salad dressing for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove meat from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
  3. Grill steak to desired doneness and slice into strips.
  4. Combine with artichokes, peppers and second amount of dressing.
  5. For Each Serving: Top 2 cups of salad greens with the vegetable steak mixture, divided equally.
