Grilled Beef And Artichoke Salad
- tri-tip or sirloin steaks
- 2 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 4 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 6 cups yellow and red pepper strips
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 32 cups mixed salad greens
- Marinate beef in first amount of salad dressing for 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove meat from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill steak to desired doneness and slice into strips.
- Combine with artichokes, peppers and second amount of dressing.
- For Each Serving: Top 2 cups of salad greens with the vegetable steak mixture, divided equally.
