Ground Beef and Gravy

  1. Brown the ground beef with the sliced onions and mushrooms in a deep frying pan.
  2. Add the gravy and worcestershire.
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Right before serving stir in the sour cream.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes.
  6. I make skin on redskin mashies with butter and sour cream...yum!
