Ian's Take on Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Add all meatloaf ingredients to a large bowl and mix fully.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the sauce ingredients until fully mixed.
  4. Place the meatloaf mixture into a meatloaf pan and pack inches.
  5. Place meatloaf dish upside down on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and gently tap until the "loaf" falls onto the sheet.
  6. Place the loaf into the oven and set a timer for 45-55 minutes depending on oven.
  7. At the 35-45 minute mark pull the meatloaf out and lightly glaze the exterior with topping sauce.
  8. Place the meatloaf back in the oven and let it bake 10 minutes longer.
  9. After removing meatloaf allow to cool 5 minutes and serve in large slices.
  10. Feel free to garnish with cheese.
