Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake

  1. Using a heavy saucepan, heat caramels and evaporated milk over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 C chopped pecans.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips, butter and 1/4 Celsius milk in pot, pour evenly over caramel mixture.
  5. Refridgerate for 1 hour.
  6. Add cream cheese and milk in a bowl, mix til smooth.
  7. Add pudding and mix about 30 seconds more.
  8. Pour pudding mixture over chocolate in pie pan evenly.
  9. Chill loosely covered, about 15-20 minutes.
  10. Drizzle fudge and caramel toppings over pie and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
  11. Chill loosely covered until ready to serve.
