Butternut Squash

  1. Melt Butter, add olive oil and other ingredients.
  2. Chop garlic very fine.
  3. Cut Squash in half long way, take out seeds and baste with ingredients.
  4. Bake face down at 375F for approximately 30-40 min, you will see skin turning a little brown.
  5. Enjoy :)
