Buffalo Chicken Salad Dip
- 1 can (about 10 Oz. Size) Chicken Breast
- 1/2 stalks Celery Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Scallion, Finely Chopped
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Hot Sauce Such As Frank's, To Taste
- Salt To Taste
- Crackers, For Serving
- Combine the chicken, vegetables, garlic, cream cheese, mayo, and as much hot sauce as youd like gently with a fork.
- Taste, and add more hot sauce or salt to your preference.
- Serve immediately with crackers, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
