Raw Chocolate Mousse, Lactose Free
- 34 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- Put the cashews in a blender and blend for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth nutbutter.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth chocolate mousse.
- Taste and add more agave syrup or cocoa powder if needed.
- Enjoy straight away or chill in the refrigerator for a while.
- It will thicken when it is chilled.
