Raw Chocolate Mousse, Lactose Free

  1. Put the cashews in a blender and blend for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth nutbutter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth chocolate mousse.
  3. Taste and add more agave syrup or cocoa powder if needed.
  4. Enjoy straight away or chill in the refrigerator for a while.
  5. It will thicken when it is chilled.
