Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- 1 ounce sugar, free chocolate carnation instant breakfast drink (1 packet)
- 8 serving size jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (2 boxes, Can use one, which would reduce the cal. count)
- 1 12 cups skim nonfat milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (unflavored GNC recommended)
- 2 -3 bananas (to taste can be frozen or fresh)
- 1 -2 cup Smucker's No Sugar Added Orange Spread, crushed ice to taste (15 ice cubes makes about the right amount of crushed Ice)
- Mix in a blender.
- Banana can be left out for a simple chocolate smoothie.
