Shredded Pork Sandwiches

  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove from cooker, reserving 1 cup cooking juices.
  5. Using two forks, shred meat and place in a bowl.
  6. Add the cooking liquid, vinegar and red pepper.
  7. Toss to combine.
  8. Serve on buns.
