Vegetable Garden Soup Recipe
- 2 c. beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. precooked beef roast or possibly grnd beef
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 7 c. water
- 4 c. cabbage, minced
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. carrots, minced
- 1 c. corn, cut off cob or possibly canned
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. potatoes, diced
- 2 c. green beans
- Simmer for 2 hrs.
- Makes 2 gallons.
