Vegetable Garden Soup Recipe

• 2 c. beef broth
• 1 1/2 c. precooked beef roast or possibly grnd beef
• 3 c. tomato juice
• 7 c. water
• 4 c. cabbage, minced
• 1 c. onion, minced
• 1 c. celery, diced
• 1 c. carrots, minced
• 1 c. corn, cut off cob or possibly canned
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 c. potatoes, diced
• 2 c. green beans

1. Simmer for 2 hrs.
2. Makes 2 gallons.
