Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

  1. Saute onion, carrots and pepper in oil to soft.
  2. Add tofu crumbles and cook 5 minutes longer.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients (not buns) and simmer covered 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Divide mixture over hamburger buns and serve.
  5. Recipe can be doubled.
