Jack-O-Lantern

• 2 ounces goslings dark rum
• 1 ounce pumpkin molasses
• 12 ounce chilled coffee
• 1 dash Kahlua
• gingerbread cookie

1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a ginger bread cookie.
