Chocolate Sherbet

• 12 teaspoon drinking chocolate (if you want more don't hesitate to put in more.)
• 12 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 2 teaspoons icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon citric acid (if you want it sour)

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve in a little sealable plastic bag.
