Catfish Nuggets
- 3 lb Fresh Catfish fillets
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Old bay creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp Tony Chacheres creole seasoning
- 4 cup Yellow corn flour
- Heat oil 375
- In large mixing bowl mix corn flour, lemon pepper, Garlic and Onion powder, seasoning salt and creole seasoning
- Clean fish fillets and slice in pieces
- In medium bowl combine lemon juice and old bay seasoning
- In another bowl beat eggs
- Put your quantity of catfish in the lemon juice and old bay and coat
- Dip catfish in egg..then coat in fish fry...
- Fry fish for 3 to 5 mins depending on how hot your grease is
