Ham 'N Cheese Croissants Recipe
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 8 to 10 croissants
- 8 to 10 slices ham
- 8 to 10 slices Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Blend butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a medium bowl.
- Split croissants and spread 1/2 of butter mix on bottom half of each croissant.
- Place a slice of ham and slice of cheese on top of this.
- Bake on cookie sheet for 5 min and remove from oven.
- Spread rest of butter mix on top half of each croissant and place top on sandwich.
- Bake an additional 5 min.
- Serve warm.
- 8 servings.
