Chicken & Spinach Citrus Salad
- 12 ounces cooked chicken, cubed
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 8 slices red onions, separated into rings
- 4 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.5 (24 ounce) jar grapefruit sections, drained
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 13 cup grapefruit juice
- 23 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- Combine first seven ingredients in large salad bowl and toss.
- Combine juice, sour cream and honey.
- Serve dressing on side.
