Chilled Beef Udon
- 2 servings' worth Udon noodles (frozen)
- 100 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 Chopped green onion
- 1 Mentsuyu (for the sauce)
- 1 Wasabi
- Boil the udon, then drain it in a sieve.
- Rinse it well under running water, then soak it in ice water.
- Squeeze it out, and leave it in a sieve to drain thoroughly.
- Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.
- Add the ingredients marked to season.
- Transfer the drained udon to serving bowls, dissolve the wasabi in the mentsuyu, and pour over the noodles.
- Top with the beef and green onions to finish.
