Bibs Soles' Haroset Recipe

  1. Peel and core apples.
  2. cut in quarters.
  3. Chop in food processor till finely grated.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and stir in lemon juice, if using.
  5. Add in nuts to food processor and chop till finely minced but with a few little chunks of nuts.
  6. Stir into apples.
  7. Add in wine slowly - a few Tbsp.
  8. at a time - till the mix looks like a paste.
  9. (If you make this ahead, you will probably have to add in more wine as mix thickens slightly on standing.)
  10. MAKES: about 2 C.
