Cheesy Ham and Pea Calzones
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 60 g thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Divide Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 4 equal portions; roll each portion into 6-inch round circle on lightly floured surface.
- Spread dough with cheese, to within 1/2 inch of edges; top with peppers, peas and prosciutto.
- Fold each dough round in half; pinch edges together to seal.
- Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
