Don Meredith's Pimento Cheese

• 14 cup minced green pepper
• 14 minced onion
• 12 cup chopped pimiento
• 13 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 tablespoon chopped seede jalapeno
• 1 -1 12 lb of grated cheddar cheese (original recipe called for velveeta)
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Serve at room temperature.
3. Dandy Don said to serve with Fritos.
