Carne Asada Tacos

  1. Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave on High until soft and heated through, approximately 1 minute.
  3. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over high heat.
  4. Season steak with garlic salt.
  5. Add steak to skillet and cook until just cooked through, turning once, about 4 minutes.
  6. Transfer steak to cutting board and cut into small pieces.
  7. Divide beef among tortillas.
  8. Top with tomatoes, onion, avocado and cilantro.
  9. Serve, passing hot pepper sauce separately.
