Bean Cheese Herb Muffins

  1. beat on high eggs and beans til mostly smooth
  2. add in rest except cheese, blend.
  3. stir in cheese.
  4. put into 8 muffins cups.
  5. bake 350 for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. until knife comes out clean.

blackeyed peas, eggs, baking powder, salt, flax seed, garlic, mixed italian herbs, cheddar cheese, red pepper, pepper
