  3. Mix the flour and salt together, and then slowly add the olive oil until all three ingredients are just combined.
  4. Add the water/yeast mixture to the flour, and combine.
  5. Coat the inside of a mixing bowl with olive oil, put the ball of dough in the bowl, and roll around to coat.
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid or Saran Wrap, and place in the fridge overnight, or for up to 3 days.
  7. To make a Spicy Potato Pizza: When ready to make the pizza, preheat oven to 500F and spread the dough out onto a greased baking sheet (there is enough dough for two pizzas, so you can make a second Spicy Potato Pizza, or another pizza of your choosing!

  13. Mix the salsa and sour cream together, and spread it out on the dough.
  14. Top with the boiled potatoes slices, and cover them with the cheese and then the bacon.
  15. Bake in the oven for about 10 15 minutes, or until the edges are a beautiful golden brown.
  16. Remove, and sprinkle the pizza with the chopped green onions.
  17. Serve with sour cream, and fall in love!
